Terms of use
Last updated 27 October 2026
Peak Coach is a coaching app run in the UK. Your coach uses it to set your training and food, check in with you and talk to you. These terms are the rules for using it. By using the app you agree to them.
Be decent to each other
No abusive, hateful, sexual or harassing content. Anyone who posts it is removed.
- This covers everything you post: Community messages, photos, voice notes, and messages to your coach.
- No threats, bullying, slurs, nudity, or anything sexual. No spam or selling.
- Don't share other people's photos, details or messages without asking them.
- Messages that break these rules can't be posted, are removed, and can lose you your account.
Reporting and blocking
Tap any message in the Community to report it or to block the person who sent it. Reports go to your coach and to us. We review every report within 24 hours and remove content that breaks these terms, and anyone who posted it. Blocking hides a person's messages from you straight away.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in to yourself. You're responsible for what's posted from your account.
- You must be 18 or over, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.
- You can delete your account at any time under More, then Delete my account.
Coaching, not medical advice
The training, food and other guidance in the app comes from your coach. It isn't medical advice. Speak to a doctor before starting if you have a health condition, an injury, or you're pregnant, and stop if something hurts.
What you post
What you post stays yours. You let us store it and show it to the people it's meant for (your coach, and the Community if you post there) so the app works. We don't sell it. How we look after your data is in the privacy policy.
Ending
Your coach can end your access, and we can suspend or remove any account that breaks these terms. Your payment terms are between you and your coach.
Changes
If these terms change, the app asks you to agree again before you carry on.
The law
These terms are under the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them takes away your rights as a consumer.
